Everyone wants a quick fix, everyone wants to replace meals with shakes, do detox drinks, take pills, do crazy smoothie diets . Sorry that just isn’t a life style.
Well what if I told you my client(s) didn’t do any of that? What if I told you my client(s) all of them, eat salmon not swai or tilapia, chicken thighs not chicken breast, whole eggs , bacon, greens, oatmeal , jasmine rice , ground beef, burger patties. You see its not about starving yourself or eating totally “fat free” it’s about health and learning how to adopt a healthy life style and eat according to your body.
